Our Journey
At Al-Wafai Lighting Systems, we go beyond providing lighting products. We create integrated lighting solutions that combine engineering precision, artistic design, and the latest global technologies to meet diverse tastes and requirements with the highest standards of quality.
With more than 25 years of experience, our journey began in Syria before expanding into Egypt in 2013, followed by the establishment of our integrated manufacturing facility in 2022, serving as a regional hub for production and distribution across Africa and the Middle East. In 2026, we continued our regional expansion with the opening of our first showroom in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, bringing our expertise in lighting to the Saudi market and paving the way for further growth across the region.
The Turning Point
In 2013, we embarked on a transformational journey in the lighting sector by opening distinguished showrooms in Cairo, Egypt. The success of these showrooms launched a robust nationwide expansion. Driven by our ambition, we soon transitioned from retail into local manufacturing and production.
Leadership
Driven by our leadership, we established a highly efficient industrial complex in Egypt to advance the lighting industry and set new standards of excellence. This strategic shift cemented our position as leading designers, manufacturers, and suppliers with complete quality control, transforming us from premium showrooms into an integrated industrial powerhouse.
Regional Horizons
Building upon the strategic initiatives that paved the way for our regional growth, we crowned this journey with a monumental expansionary step: the opening of our first major branches and showrooms in the city of Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We aim to place our exceptional expertise and refined artistic taste into the hands of the Saudi and Gulf markets, elevating the standards of luxury to new horizons.
